This radio was manufactured for Zenith by Belmont, another Chicago radio manufacturer.
In 1933/34, the train of thought was that Zenith couldn't build cheap economy model radios in their factory along with the quality models. So, Zenith contracted out their el-cheapo economy models to Belmont.

*This is a derivative of the Belmont model 530 without the additional SW band.
