Brunswick Panatrope PR-148C
Interesting Radio/Phono Combos and Changers
This page is preliminary and the links are not working yet. In time I will be adding content to the links. Thanks for reading!
Introduced in August 1926, The PR-148C uses an RCA Radiola 28 Superheterodyne radio with the Radiola 104 loudspeaker and amplifier. It was quite advanced for the day and is capable of superb sound quality!
This one is yet unrestored as it is missing EVERY tube. As it uses 7 UX-199 tubes as well as two UX-281s and a UX-210, it will be a while before I have all the necessary tubes.
