The 1930 Lyric D39 was manufactured by All American Mohawk Corp. which was owned by Wurlitzer at the time. It was built in Wurlitzer's factory in North Tonawanda NY
The phonograph motor and tone arm are the exact same used in the Victor RE-45 and RE-75
This two-page ad featuring the D39 was in the June 1930 issue of Radio Retialing magazine
